Here's when it all started, back in 2004! Time flew by, and as we all are busy people with many responsibilities, it was hard to keep it touch with everyone. Or rather, people just started to POOF! disappeared. Good ol' beautiful Joy found Shawn, so let's try & find the rest! :D

On that day Joy, Jos & I went out, we were talking about the next time we'll see each other in MIR again. Joy mentioned it'll probably be after we graduate from university. As I thought about it again, I got this super funny thought: we might be pastors ourselves by the next time we meet at MIR. Then gone would be the PK title! Ahaha! (:

I'm in Trinity Christian Centre (TCC) now. My church is going to undergo multiplication in the coming year to two branches, Trinity@Adam and Trinity@Paya Lebar. I hope you can keep my church in prayer. "Multiplications" are always coupled along with many pros & cons. Please pray for less of the cons & more of the pros. That through this, more people will get saved and we'll continue to fulfil the Great Commission! (: And yes, my youth camp's gonna be from the 10th-13th of this month. I love camps! Youth camps in particular. Last year's was spectacular. Hopefully this year there'll be a double portion of everything last year! Heh heh heh. :D:D

Hi guys!

The other day jos (perhaps we should start calling josiah josie, it's easier lah! pfffft.), rach and myself went to catch Casino Royale at cine! I had my subway FINALLY. It was calling out my name and urging my to grace its shop. The show was really good, and i think there'll be a sequel which we must all catch together alright! (:

Anysway, few days ago i went to visit my friend in the hospital and shawn was there! Haha. And here we were thinking that he had vanished from the face of this earth. I didn't talk much to him anysway, he was playing his psp. What's wit boys and their psps huh?! My bro also lah. Hmmm to tell you the truth, IT IS REALLY FUN!! LMFAO. On another note, we hafta call shawn out one day alright!

The PK blog had been dead for sucha long time that unlike Lazarus, it couldn't even be resurrected already. Blogger cancelled our account and we faded into oblivion, not like we didn't earlier. ANYSWAY, i created a new one! Tada! Really simple blogskin but i don't think we need anything too complicated anysway. I'm gonna try my best to keep this constantly updated wit programmes from our different churches, wit the closest being The Great Christmas Escapade staged by calvary! Will put up the details soon alright (:

This year's MIR was realllly fun! It was a pity jos and rach couldn't make it. Which reminds me, shawn seems to have disappeared from planet earth!! Anyone knows how he's doing? Or did he fly to the moon wit those malaysian astronauts going there to make teh tarik. Haha. He can make the singapore sling there! Rofl. Rawrr. I feel like i'm talking to myself. Lol. Hey guys... wow... It has been so long since someone last added something here.haha. Now is the hols! But i don't feel like it is... Need to go back to school for 2 camps, maths n science camp. Got alot of homework too, so can't really enjoy myself for this June hols. Anway my church camp is a week away, really expecting God to move in that place. It will be at a great place at Tiara Beach Resort. haha. It will be a good time to unwind n be refreshed by the Lord's presence. I will write more when i get back from there. okay, i'm finally blogging again. thanks jos for the reminder!

well.. to me the SYF week was also a bummer. the band getting silver and the sec4 seniors stepping down. and the past week hasn't been good either.. but God never forsakes us. (=

we didn't actually expect a silver. because we thought we played really well and thought we could get the gold. we were aiming for the gold with honours but things didn't turn out our way. the difference now is that the band is more united. some of the band members actually said perhaps God didn't give us the gold / gold with honours because He wanted us to stay united. could be true.. (= the seniors stepped down on the 15th. so last monday was our first band practice without the seniors and we got scolded really badly and stuff. the pressure now is on me and another three of my bandmates. we're the ones taking over the leadership of the band.. nothing nice but everything stressful and pressurising. so do keep us in prayer.. (=

anyway. EXAMS ARE COMING!! the stress. ahahas. josiah and joy : JIAYOU FOR CHINESE O'LEVELS! find some day to go out and study..? miss you guys! it's been looooong since synergiz. miss hearing joy's story!! wahahahas. you guys take care okay?? keeping you'll in prayer. GOD BLESS! (=

Hey guys... How are you doing? Long time never hear from you all...haha... Man... Time really flies, now it is already April. Soon it will be June n i will have to talk my chinese O level. Darn, i really hate that day. Please pray for me... I really want to pass this time. Anyway, two weeks back... On 5-9th of April, my school had an exchange program. A group of 16 students from thailand came to my school. We knew some of the students because we visited their school in November last year. They stayed at some of our houses and attended our school in the morning. I opened my house to one guy. We really enjoyed ourselves during the 5 days stay. Went out to play lan until 11pm on wednesday night....haha.... Spent alot of money too. Alot of matchmaking has took place too... Between the thai students n my friends...haha... I also learnt alot from them too. About the culture n lifestyle. Found out that they are not very different from us. Some of them come from quite wealthy familes too. Alot of friendships are made during the 5 days. And on sat when they have to leave... Alot of my school mates cried....haha.... At the air port some more... Oh man so embarrassing... But we are still keeping in contact with them... Through msn... I and a group of my friends are planning to visit them during our december hols... Can't wait man... But now have to study hard for O levels... haha... ok i will stop here...take care

this song has really spoken to me these few weeks. it kept popping up in my head everyday. havent been feeling too good but the Lord is ever so so faithful. when im hurt, discouraged, HE KNOWS. and He cares. i love Him so much. when there are problems no man can understand, He uses all sorts of creative ways to tell me tht He does. im so glad for a Daddy like Him. God told me on sunday through a sister tht He knows i've been very hurt the past week and He's gonna smooth things out for me. this week started out badly. with me getting really bad results from last week's test. i chose to take it as last week's hurts and wanted to start with a good week. when i received my syf results though, i couldnt take it nemore. as much as i tried to put God in a better light, i couldnt understand why we didnt get honours. many ppl are happy with gold but honours is sth i've really been looking forward to. God said things would be smooth-sailing. i tried giving myself reasons but they all didnt work. tuesday as i was taking the bus back home after crying lots in school, i listened to my mp3 and the 1st song was 'EVERMORE'. it made me wanna cry even more. give thanks to the Lord in every circumstances! as much as i feel so let down and forsaken, i will still give thanks to the Lord. i know He has a far greater plan for me. sighs. honours honours honours. ahhhh. ystd in prayer meeting while we were praying an aunty had a vision. she saw storm clouds and a really really treacherous sky. after tht she saw the clouds part and the most beautiful rainbow shone brightly. it really touched me. God said to wait patiently. He knows He knows and He's gonna make things better. juz wait patiently.

sometimes its so difficult to wait yea. sighs i really hope things are gonna be so much better. newaes praise the Lord!! i love Him sooo much.

Hey...Whats up people!! Just came back from Sygneriz youth conference( From 17th-19th of March)... Man am i glad that I went. Even though some workshops i did not make it due to schools and church, but i still recevice alot from the conference. I told myself that I go to Sygneriz not because of Planet Shakers, but I go there to meet with God. God has touch me in many ways and spoke to me a few times too. During the concert I jumped like crazy...haha... got leg cramp. But it was worth it. Made alot of new friends there and got to catch up with some old ones too... Talk until late at night... Then next day nearly sleep in the service...haha... Anyway, i really had a great time playing X-box in Ps Chad room. Halo 2 is sooo difficult to play... not like burnout.
I pray that the fire that has been started in each one of our lives will continue to burn the Lord. Amen... That we will impact our community and school for our Lord Jesus Christ. We will begin to surrender our lives to Him and let Him use it to His glory.

hey guys! humz the bLog has been so dead and since jo took the initiative to spice it up, i shall follow him. haha. yeah IGNITE was amazing. the presence of God was imminent and the workshops were great too. hmms i esp loved the afternoon sessions when we prayed for our schools. a great revival will sweep through the schools. i can almost feel it. lolls. oh and ate daph gave me a crown necklace!! LOL. its a crown! yay! lalala.

on the 2nd day of new year jo, ate eileen and i went to daph's house. hmms we played xbox there and jo is pro lor. his first time and win so many rounds. hehe. i was terrible la. its juz not my thing man. i gotta brush up my skills! lolls. even playing shrek my character was running around looking like a fool. hahaha. we watched mulan and had dinner too. it was really fun. thank u ate daph! [p.s. i love your house. like a dance studio like tht. wa cool nehs ;p] oh ya and they have 3 birds at home? hehe im still ever tht scared of animals. haha. anything tht breathes except human beings. lollol. and there's a crown cushion! omg its suuper nice. hahaha. humz and loads of giraffes. hehe.

well nowadays my life has been really busy and stressful. hmms sometimes i juz wanna shut myself in the room and dream tht God would juz appear in front of me. pls pray for me coz i've been facing alot of things these days and i really need God in my life. i have 3 or more tests every week in my new schedule. mann and i cant cope with my maths. hmms but i wanna praise God! coz He helped me through all my tests since school started. i have prayer meeting every tues and without fail there would be a test on wed. my friends and family will tell me to stay home and though i wanna serve God i had to get my priorities right. but i always insisted to go for prayer meeting. i wanna thank God for His grace for those tests coz i did pretty well. hehe. and another thing i wanna give all glory to Him. i cant believe my teacher actually put me in positions in my syf dance tht are quite prominent. she used to favour others coz i was SHORT (arghs!) and coz i missed some hol lessons in sec1 coz of church. well i had been praying for a miracle tht new positions would be set and amazingly, God moved! =) now im doing a short part of padede [the guy carry girl, girl step on guy sorta thing]. im so happy. hmms but continue praying coz its really tiring too. sighs. i wont be able to go for synergiz coz of syf dance practices as well. im really disappointed but this is a crucial period for my dance. haii oh mighty warriors plz PRAY tht sth will happen on thurs fri sat tht will cause my dance to be cancelled. *prays hardd*

newaes after IGNITE God has opened my eyes to many other christians in my school. i remember during the conference while we were praying for schools i was the only one. but God opened the doors to many others and im still praying fod God to lead. seriously im quite scared to start a prayer cell coz of the stories i've heard from christian seniors who got caught and stuff. hmms. newaes u guys take care ya! and PLEASE UPDATE THE BLOG!! lolls. i cant wait to catch up with u guys again. ahh ate daph going to cebu for mission trip and gonna meet darryl! i also want. hahaha. miss u guys loads mann. hmms hope u are doing fine. take care ya. continue to shiNe shiNE sHiNe!!!

Yo dudes... Man it is some time that somebody wrote something...haha. Being a gentleman, i decided to get the ball rolling. This year is great! I just went to ignite at cornerstone church. I really enjoyed my time there, the message was really powerful. The speaker was Ps Pat from America... I really like his last message on sat night on 'What conditions are your Bones?' That message really spoke to me because he spoke about how a dead man bones can raise another man from the dead. Also on how God can use you in a powerful way even when you are gone. How you can leave a legacy for God, i believe that each one of us should live our lives in such a way that we can be a blessing to others.The worship was also great. Lead by Ps Daphne and her team. God really moved during the whole conference and i was glad that i was there. I pray that the fire that has been birth in our hearts will continue on to Synergiz. But will not stop there but will continue on to the end of the year.
Anyway, today is Valentine's Day. Too bad got no dates today...haha... Anyway valentine's day is also a day for friendship too. To acknowledge and thank your friends for being in your life. I just want to take this time to thank all my friends that i have met. You guys have really played a great role in my life. May God bless you all. Amen

hey guys, ate daph is having her children's camp tmr. which means her sexy voice now will under go more pressure. haha. so pray for her will ya. next week she still has her youth camp. pray tht the joy of the Lord will be her strength!! and uncle chad's too. and aunty eileen too alrights. tht they all wont fall sick coz they are like SO busy. u all take care k! =)

ate daph, ate eileen, shawn and i met today for lunch at the jap restaurant beside the food court in cine. we had fun with darryl aka the ladies' man calling in and stuff. haha all the people behind him were girls! and in the toilet? haha newaes niqi sounds really sweet. lolls. then later ate eileen went to meet her friend and 3 of us walked to the ag booth outside ngee an city. yeah guess we'll all go down one day and help out ya coz they are desperate for volunteers. yes we shall do God's work together! lolls.

heyy all! since joy posted bout e first nite outing. i'll post bout e second.

we met after dinner. n headed to e trishaws. daryl's dadd helped bargain for us. sho.. for 25bucks, we gotta sit on trishaws for one hour. [shawn + jos. me + joy. pastor daphne + pastor eileen. daryl + ? ] went with some of e adults too. but tink it was e pKs making havoc.

e trishaws arent like those u see in singapore lahs. they're rele nicely decorated. one of the uncles said it costs 400bucks jus to fix the lights n switches!!

well.. somehow all rather. wat was meant to be a quiet n peaceful trishaw ride, was made into an extremely dangerous one. with our lives at stake! imagine throwing explosives at one anoda..? wait stop. they were jus.. pop-pops! hahahas. well, they were scary enuf to make joy scream when daryl threw e first one on e floor. (= we bought them at tis "pasar-malam" like store for 3 for 2bucks. but when we walked til e last store. they sold the pop-pops at 4 for 2bucks. hahas.

sho imagine e scene of us throwing pop-pops at each other..!! whee. was sho fun. esp tat part when mi + joy were somehow versus jos + shawn. n we raced to e finish.. joy was like.. "go uncle go uncle! overtake them!". hees.

tho it was oready ard 10. we headed to e etc. cafe at the hotel.. first nite, coffee bean. second night. anoda cafe. hahahs. e drinks there were quite nice lahs. sho we were sitting there chit-chatting til about 1. tink e lady tending the store got fedup waiting for us n went to get her beauty sleep first. hahahs.

Hello people !! i am Josiah from singapore. Man the MIR was so fun... I really enjoyed myself there. But most of all , God really moved in that place. Thank you Lord. I met alot of PKs there too.PK=pastors kids. Well i don't really call myself a kid since i am already 15 years old...haha. Thank you all for making this MIR such an experience for me. I pray that all of us will be used by God to do mighty things. I have no doubt about that. The world need us to share the gospel. Lets rise up and claim back what we have lost.Amen

tht peaceful and silent night, the PKs left Hotel Equatorial for their 1st get-together at coffee bean in mahkota parade. when we got there it was 10pm and they were closing down at 1030pm! oh noo. so we ordered our drinks and food and sat down in the sauna. darryl had trouble figuring out how to eat the chicken pie. i tell u- he is violent. i think one of the effects of shaken baby syndrome. LOL. can u believe he eats alloy and porcelain?! its like the chicken pie did him injustice. hehs. and supposing the pie had a crust below, ate daphne told darryl to turn it over. so it became the turnover chicken pie with no crust below!! haha. well we had a good talk tht night and on the way back, darryl brought his muffin along and it juz disappeared when we reached the hotel. like the sugar tht disappeared in the tea. lolls. i think the birds must have eaten it up. oh ya and the 2 gunshots tht were heard the night before was josiah shooting the singer in the pub! LOL. i think we can form a band and sing there and more ppl will come. hahs. alrights im going to church now for dance practice.

Today Darryl left to return to Cebu. Shawn, his dad, myself and Caleb (from my youth group) went to see him off at the airport. It was super crowded at the airport!!! It was as if the whole world was going back to Philippines or something. Darryl wanted to have his last plate of chicken 'lice' but there wasn't enough time...poor Darryl...we'll eat chicken rice on your behalf when we get together ok? Oh, I don't know if you guys know this...yesterday Darryl had an interesting experience. While he was out with his family having dinner, a whole bunch of girls came up to him and wanted his picture. They thought he was TAUFIK!!! LOLS! Hey, Darryl, we miss you already...all your craziness and the 'shaken baby' syndrom and all the 'magic trees' etc... come back soooooooooooooooon!!!!
